It starts with the suppression of feelings Spontaneity slowly eroded By the condescending lies Told by parents everywhere Taught how to feel, how to react Who you like, and who you hate To always wear a stupid false smile or else... you’ll never get anywhere We remain your obedient servants We remain your obedient servants We remain your obedient servants We remain your obedient servants At school they try to fill you facts Anything to stop you thinking What’s the use of this information? The ultimate aim - a television game show Now don’t ever think about your death Smile and laugh and always be nice It’s all to prepare you For the commercialisation of friendliness We remain your obedient servants We remain your obedient servants We remain your obedient servants We remain your obedient servants The word emotional now means unbalanced And truth has become relative We think we’re free in our democracy Not slaves to an invisible authority Freedom of expression only counts Freedom of expression only counts Freedom of expression only counts If we’ve our own thoughts to express We remain...

about

Ten songs of disintegration

I really don't know what I'm doing anymore. time's getting jumbled up, the days bleed together, the colours run. that feeling that it's all a dream? that any moment you could punch a hole in the sky and emerge victorious from this life into the golden palaces of the sun? i can't make it stop. how long have we been here you and i? and how did we get here? we thought we'd live forever, but it seems even guns fall apart. everywhere i look i see patterns. does it mean that none of this is really real, and everything is a part of something else? the rhythms and harmonies of life are some kind of elaborate form of music, a dance or a game, yes some kind of glass bead game... this is beyond god, this beyond human, this is beyond life... this is a story...
